  • Not Medical Advice: The Pit Stop specializes in limited ingredient dog treats, However, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any canine disease or medical condition.
  • Consult Your Vet: The information provided on our website regarding ingredients and their potential benefits is purely for informational purposes. Nutritional needs vary by dog, and you should always consult your veterinarian before introducing new treats into your dog's diet.
  • Not For Human Consumption: All products offered on our website are intended for companion animals only and are not for human consumption.

3. Product Information & Availability

  • We bake our treats in small, handcrafted batches. As a result, product descriptions, ingredient lists, packaging, and availability may change without notice.
  • We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions or pricing are completely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate. 

4. Shipping & Regional Limitations

 *Washington State Only: Due to state-by-state commercial pet food laws, we currently only distribute and ship products within the state of Washington. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Washington State.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

5. Returns & Refunds

*Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked treats, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer cash refunds. For more information regarding damaged or incorrect items, please review our full Refund Policy. 

6. Limitation of Liability

* Your use of our website and products is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Pit Stop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any products procured using the services.
